When I was pregnant with baby #4 I weighed 200 lbs. I never thought I would see my abs again.
I remember crying in the dressing room when I went shopping with my girlfriends because nothing fit like I wanted it to.
I knew there was a skinny girl bursting to come out!
Then I started doing home workouts for only 30 mins a day along with eating clean and got in the best shape of my life!
Now, I want to give back by helping women who are trying to lose weight and feel great!
I run monthly “Fitness Accountability Groups” on Facebook where I offer daily tips, recipes & group texts to keep you motivated.
