A give-away for photographers

When I got TheEasyAccountingSolution, I was seriously impressed.  It is a new product that was designed by a photographer and an accountant to help aid photographers with their bookkeeping.  The spreadsheet utilizes Microsoft Excel and covers everything from customer database to income/expenses to tax documentation. The Easy Accounting Solution allows you to manage your customer database, keep track of your jobs, produce invoices, keep track which products are selling the most/least, and track income, expenses, assets and liabilities. There is also a tab for having a detailed checkbook, tabs for tracking major tax deductions, and one that lets photographers know how their business is doing overall on a month-to-month basis.
Now I know that this is all a lot of left-brain stuff for us photographers but knowing your numbers is SO important to running a successful business. So if you don’t want to use this software, you could always hire a bookkeeper to utilize it for you.

And guess what?  I am giving away one for FREE!  All you have to do is become a fan of The Easy Accounting Solution on Facebook here and then make a comment below about why you need this.  The winner will be chosen at random with random.org and announced Thursday evening.  What have you got to lose?!
