FAQ Friday: What’s in my bag? How I built my business on one lens
Today I’ll show you my Kelly Moore camera bag and the ONE lens that’s inside it. I discuss how I built my business by using this one lens and what my favorite settings are. Plus, you get another belly bump update!
Thank you for your answer – it is funny I was just thinking about buying this lens :), I think you are amazing – I love your work and that you are willing to share you knowledge. Appreciate it.
I just upgraded last fall to the d300s and a 50 1.4. I’ve done over 40 sessions with just that equipment and been very pleased. I’m craving the 70-200 but won’t buy it until my 50mm can make me enough $$ to pay for the new lens. It’s so easy to think that “everybody else” has all the fab lenses but as a mother of 4 on a budget I’m learning make what I’ve got work for me. Thanks for encouraging others that it’s not about the equipment, it’s about what you do with it!
That’s neat to hear that you do all that you do w/ your 50…. I was expecting you to have more of a stash. I use my 50 the most, but I like having other lenses for options.I wasn’t sure the best place to drop questions, but like another comment on your other video, they asked about metering and I also would like to know about that and what you do w/ white balance?
I have just recently found your blog and I love it! I love your FAQ Friday posts. It is really encouraging to know you get all of your great images with a 50 mm. I have a 50 1.8.
