Made this recipe today for myself & Max! So refreshing!
TRIPLE BERRY SMOOTHIE:

-1 C. frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries & blackberries)

-1/2 banana
-1 scoop Shakeology or protein powder
-12 oz. water/almond milk
Blend & enjoy!
