What’s PiYo?

I’ve had several people ask me what PiYo so I made this video to show you some of my favorite moves from today’s workout.
Basically Piyo is a low-impact fat-burning workout program that combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of Yoga.
