I just finished reading a very motivating book titled, Do the Work. This book discusses how to go for a task or project without getting in your own way. So often, the only person that is stopping you from succeeding is YOU. Steven Pressfield shares how to avoid Resistance and what steps to take to go about a project. My favorite quote in the book is “Start before you are ready.” Meaning to stop researching, over thinking, procrastinating and JUST DO IT!

The best part about this book is that the Kindle version is FREE on Amazon.com and it’s a super fast read. My husband and I each read it in about 2 hours. If you don’t own a Kindle, you can download the Kindle version to your i-phone using the Kindle App. That’s the first time I read a book on my i-phone and now officially I’m addicted.
