One of the coaches at our Retreat made this recipe and they were SO good…
1 cup old fashioned oats
2/3 cup dry unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup dark choc chips
1/3 cup agave or honey
1 tbsp flax seed
1 tbsp chia seed
I also like to add random things like pumpkin seeds, cranberries really you can change it up with your fave ingredients.
Mix them all together in a bowl and roll into balls and refrigerate or freeze for one week. (I like mine frozen) I would suggest doubling the batch and make them all at once.
