Listen on iTunesSpotify, or Stitcher

Description: What does it take to raise confident and happy kids? What can we as moms do to help our kids have higher self esteem? And how can we cultivate an environment for a happy family?

Today I am joined by my daughter for a conversation around these topics. She shares her thoughts and I share my H.A.P.P.Y. acronym (you know my love of acronyms!) We talk about the things we got right, and what has helped her to have a high self esteem.

Let’s dive in!

  • What the number one indicator is for with high self esteem
  • How to foster more connection in your family
  • Why silly traditions can raise your kids confidence

I’m not so great in the Tech world. So it took me a while to know how to listen to a podcast. I chose this one because I’ve been watching you on social media. And I am also a color street fellow associate. I listen to this one because I do have a daughter with mental illness. And wanted to hear your perspective of your relationship with her. I laughed I cried and I loved it thank you so much.
